Customer Service is excellent. When the jack arrived, the power cable attachment point was damaged. I contacted the seller who immediately dispatched a replacement cable. He kept up communication informing me of dispatch and tracking and even refunded _8 into my account for inconvenience. When my Husband tried out the jack, he couldn't get it to work, I got back in touch with the Seller, who again gave instructions, and asked me to send a video of what we were doing so's he could help. Before we managed to make the video, my Husband figured it out, and the jack is now up and running. My Husband needs it to support his camper van, and said the mechanic who will be working on it is now going to purchase the same Jack as he's very impressed with its compactness and power.Highly recommended piece of equipment and Seller.
