Update: Seller response was quick and they solved the problem very quickly. Be sure to inspect the threads on the rod where it is attached to the base. I am happy with the product.Original: I attached the rod to the based and tightened by hand. It was loose. Without using much force I used a wrench to tighten and the threads on the rod were immediately stripped. The seller has contacted me and asked what they can do. At this point I would say things are OK. I will update when it is settled.

The product is excelent. The packing is perfect. Highly recommended.

Shipping and packaging: All the pieces arrived in good condition, a little dirty though. TBH Iwas a little afraid of buying this since some reviews said they got broken pieces, but mine arrived perfectly well. I have yet to try it but nothing seems broken.This is the best deal I could find in all the internet. Just for 1 condenser its 20-40$, this set brings 3. Each of the boiling flask are 15 to 40$ each depensing on size, this set brought me three of 1000mLand one of 250mL, thats about 100$ if not more. So all the other goodies were basically free (4 joints 15-20$ each, vacuum 15$, 5 glass caps, thermometer).I also want to add the fact that a two or three mouth boiling flask of 500mL or 1000mL can run for 80$.. so this set speaks for itself.Cons: could be slightly better packaged.

Packaged very well. Arrived without any breakage. It_ a great price for the amount of glassware you get.

Great product, heavy duty

You have to tighten the rod down real good with a socket wrench or it will spin alot. Don't worry about deforming the washers. A good stand, if a bit short.

Considering all the pieces of laboratory glassware included this is a good value. Unlike some reviews I had no problem with packaging, it was well packed. There was damage to one item, the Graham condenser, the coiled condensation tube within the enclosed cooling jacket was broken making it unusable, considering that this is a very fragile apparatus the damage is not surprising, the seller immediately offered a 35 dollar refund which I feel is fair compensation considering the entire kit was only 150 dollars and the other two included condensers were in good condition. If you have mission critical laboratory work to do you might want to look toward an American company for a higher level of quality control, but expect to pay a lot more. For the armchair experimenter/tinkerer /hobbyist this is good choice.

Very happy with my stand

This product was received quickly, the issue that came was it was packaged wrong causing the Liebig Condenser to shatter as seen in the picture. However, when the seller was contacted the issue was quickly resolved. The seller was very easy to work with. Therefore, even though there was an issue with packaging the product works well and is worth its price, and the seller made up for any issues.

Directions are very confusing if you have never set one up before.
