The reason I took one star off was about the three big round bottom flasks. The single neck and two neck are 1000mL, but the THREE NECK ROUND BOTTOM FLASK IS ONLY 500mL. The pictures are misleading since all three of those flasks are exactly the same size. The correct size is printed in the middle of each, and the description also has the correct size. But I did not notice this until after I got the set and realized the three neck was smaller. Now, I don't think this was done to intentionally mislead people. I think it was done out of laziness. Perhaps the original set did have a 1000mL version, but they ran out of stock or something. However, it is very obviously an error that they were aware of. You can clearly see in all of the pictures that the "1000mL" text printed on the flask has been Photoshopped out and replaced with a not very well matching "500mL" text. If the seller addresses this issue and replaces the pictures, then I will happily amend my review to five stars. They don't even need to take a new picture of the glass, just Photoshop them again. You could scale down the size of that one flask, or you could highlight it and put some big bold font that says it is actually a smaller 500mL.But for the good stuff! This is really one of the best deals you can find for cheap, but good quality glassware. The kit has every piece of glass you would need to do some basic purification work, and more. For the same price as most kits that come with just the bare minimum you need, this has some variety in it. Several different distiller configurations can be set up.The package was shipped in a large box with custom molded styrofoam padding. Each individual piece has its own pocket that it fits into quite well. IDK if it is the sytrofoam or what, but as others have noted, the pieces did come a bit dirty. It's not a big deal since they will have to be cleaned before use regardless.Unfortunately my Graham condenser was broken upon arrival. I do not fault the seller for this. It was packaged as best as they could reasonably accomplish. The condenser broke exactly like you would expect, the inner coil broke off on one end right at the elbow where it stops coiling and straightens out. This was certainly the result of the package getting dropped or bumped too hard. The only way to offer more shipping protection would be to fill the water jacket area with some kind of very small pellets, something that can support the inner coil. But I am not sure if it would be feasible to fill/empty.I contacted the seller and they said they were out of stock of that particular piece. So, they offered me $25 instead. I was fine with that as I really wasn't planning on using that condenser anyways.I think what would be ideal is to remove the Graham condenser from the kit. It really has limited use cases. If it were me, I would remove it and replace it with a second separating funnel, or a dropping funnel.
