I enjoyed how easy it was to set this unit up. I tested it in the garage and it blew hot air day. Very quiet and compact. I wish the fuel tank was pre-drilled, but it does provide more flexibility when you're deciding where to install the tank.

I installed this in my 5th wheel RV. I put it in the belly storage area and ran a 4 inch insulated duct. It's not cold here yet but the thermometer red 134 at the vent before I shut it off. The fuel pump is a bit lound and I feel that is resonating through the mount. I am going to try using felt washers to space it off the wall. So far, I would recommend this heater. UPDATE : I split the duct 3 ways. One to the bath/bedroom area, one to the living area, and one small one to underneath to heat the waste water tanks. This unit is a bit undersized for what I did. The hear system works great and I'm thinking of giving the 8kw size a try. At 25 outside, this heater only held a 60 inside temp. In my 30ft 5th wheel with one big slide out. Vent temp is over 150. A stronger fan might work better, to recirculate the air more.

I bought this heater to use on cold winter nights when camping. I was skeptical at first after reading previous reviews, but I have had 0 issues with it running or keeping my tent warm throughout the night. As other reviews have stated, the owner's manual sucks. Fortunately, there are plenty of videos on YouTube and the control panel is straightforward. My favorite feature is being able to control the heater with the remote... it works great when I have the heater outside of my tent and I need to adjust the temperature.Pros:- Fairly Compact- Extremely Fuel Efficient- Easy to figure out/ Easy to Use- Remote Works GreatCons:- Exhaust hose doesn't bend out from underneath the heater- Fuel Tank is free-standing inside of the frame (Isn't an issue unless the cover is off)- Owners Manual- Some bolts were not tight when unpackaged, (Easy to access to tighten)- OverpricedSummary:Great performing little heater with some minor design flaws that don't "make or break" the worth of the heater. However, I think a price point of $119 would be a better evaluation of its quality.

I have this installed outside of my 24ft rv and have the air blow in through a cargo door. Even though it's less efficient in this configuration, it still keep me warm in -20f weather. I use a mix of diesel and kerosene to keep the fuel from gelling.I've had it running almost nonstop for 2 months and so far it has performed beyond my expectations.
