So far all has been good with this machine.Couple it with an inline variable power supply for finite control over cuts if using for anything other than water distilation / stripping run.Rather than the stated 750W it seems to be closer to around 900W power draw measured via wall socket power meter. Certainly gets to temp quickly compared to say a 350w model.Didn't get on with the supplied jug as it does taint water, does get better with prolonged cleaning/washing/use.No idea what the supplied metal rack/gril is for... anyone

Smooth ordering and prompt delivery. I could be able the track the order in each stage and be assured it was coming near. The distiller is simple to use. Just add water, plug in and press the green button to start. It cuts off automatically when finish, no over heating or burning. There is still a bit water around the bottom after it stops. First 2 or 3 cycles were used for cleaning the system. After that, the water tastes really sweet. We now use it every day, for teas, coffees and cooking, or just drink the pure water. I also use it for soap making, saving money to buy expensive distilled water as I did before. After one week, there are a lot of gunk and crystallised hard lime scales as expected of water in London area. I pour in hot water, add white vinegar and leave over night as I normally do when cleaning my kettle. Next morning, the stainless steel is sparkling clean. I will never go back to bottled water again. The quality seems good. We hope it will last.

This is so far my best distiller because the glass water container has a seal that keep air from getting into the wayer

Seems to work fine. It fills up the bottle in a couple of hours. Warms up the room a little too which is nice but is a little noisy

It does exactly whatvitbis meant tondo, easy to use no problems.

I would like to know if everyone has a problem with the brown film in the inside of the drum

The product was not to the quality that I expected, it seemed like a rushed manufacturing job to me and I have attached pictures so you can see for yourself. Be warned that this is a very BIG item and will take up most of the space in your kitchen, it's like the size of a mini fridge. But it seems to work fine and produce great tasting water.However, I've given this 4/5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from the seller who went above and beyond to make sure I was well compensated for the issues I had.
