This stand is sturdy if you take the time to tighten all the knobs and base screws properly. Otherwise you will have some wobbling.

I was worried when the box arrived with no instructions and the product was already in the black carry bag as if it were a returned item.It was easy to install and it held our 8x8 backdrop very well! I can't wait to use it again!

Works great for backdrops!
Backdrop arrived in a timely manner. I like that it is lightweight and easy to transport to onsite locations for portrait sessions, and it works well with the various types of backgrounds I normally use. (Be sure to get a set or two of the bungee cord clips to secure the backdrop down the sides and pull it taught.)
