Fast delivery to Slovenia. Only 5 days. Working with no problems. Took about 25 minutes in the morning to unfreeze VW Transporter windows. We needed to use 6mm2 copper wire from the main accumulator to the Diesel Air Heater, otherwise I had voltage problems and the heater was working only if the main engine was working.
Remote controller is working. Diesel Air Heater application is in Google Play Store and works with Bluetooth, but I wish the application could have more functions. At least weekly settings for start/end heating.
I also bought another diesel heater last year - from the same producer Vevor but in some store on Aliexpress. This year I installed it. It started heating for 5 minutes. Then we accidentally reversed the polarity and the heater started sending error code E-3. It was not working. New product and not working. Or we made a problem with reversed polarity? We found out the glow was defective. It should have some resistance of about 3-5 ohm. But it had none. I bought two spare glows on Aliexpress. But it took almost 3 weeks to come from China. Yesterday we replaced the glow and the heater is now working. It seems it can also allow accidently reversed voltage and still works.Vevor Customer Service was nice and supportive in the sense of "Can you purchase them locally? We are willing to bear the cost..." How? I do not know anybody to fix this. Then I joined the Facebook group 'Chinese Diesel Heaters UK'. They said that the mainboard is faulty. Luckily it was not. So I had to find out for myself what the problem was and how to solve it. They gave me a refund for the spare glow. "We have refunded you by AliExpress. It will take 3-20 days to your account. Please wait patiently."
I would recommend seller eur.vevor.com to also sell spare glows and removal fitting tool from Europe. Because I can not buy these glows in Slovenian auto stores and waiting for them to come from China is far too long.
