Facing into a cold winter and only electric heat in my workshop, installing this unit was a vast improvement. I now pay in a week in fuel costs what I would have paid in a day using electric. So unquestionably the unit proves it's value. It's a little it flimsy and finicky, but once you're aware of the quirks, you can settle into a daily use routine easily enough.
I had reason to call customer service and they were helpful and responsive.
I've actually bought a second unit, so I can't think of a greater vote of confidence.
