Quality solid unit at a reasonable price. I only needed it for 2 doors and likely won_ need it again so I won_ be testing it over time. So the very reasonable priced tool was perfect for my situation.
First time in fifty years I had to hang a new oak door with a mortise lockset for a customer, and only had a standard lockset jig.This did the job beautifully and was well worth it
