Initially I sought to return the item due to there being rust on it (handpan), but the seller was quick to resolve the problem as per my request. They did offer a full refund, but I requested a partial refund because I love the product. This is how business should be done, by working together. Thank you for being professional and for helping resolve the issue promptly. Other than some rust, the handpan sounds great. I can't give it 5 stars for obvious rust reasons, but will give it a 4 because it is a nice sounding product and because the seller worked with me to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Franchement satisfait de ce handpan! Il sonne bien, et juste, il est accord (r mineur).il est arriv en une semaine, en tr_ bon _at, avec une sacoche de bonne facture.J'avais un peu peur vu le prix... mais franchement c'est une affaire._it aout 2021: toujours satisfait de cet instrument, qui reste juste et accord apr_ plus d'un an d'utilisation r_uli_e; en revanche il faut bien pr_iser qu'il s'agit l d'un tarif tr_ bas pour un handpan et que cela se traduit, bien sur, par un son certes agr_ble, mais bien en dessous de celui produit par des handpans de qualit_eux exemples:- la r_onance g__ale de l'instrument (due au m_al utilis dans ce mod_e bon march) est _ev_ et brouille souvent les sons en cas de jeu rapide/fort,- les 2 plus aigus (sous dominante sol et dominante la dans le cas de celui ci, en r mineur) saturent facilement en cas de fortes percussionsmais bon, franchement, pour s'amuser et d_ouvrir cet instrument ?a reste cool

Great beginner drum. Pretty with pretty sound. Value for money. Very happy wife.

Compared to the other hand-pan producers, it worths the price for a beginner learner. It has become my daily sweet-sounding friend now.

I am a hand drummer by nature; djembe being my favorite. This a close second. The sound is beautiful and every part of it is playable. The price is great for a starter. The stand is kinda useless and there were no mallets. I thought this was supposed to come with a set, but I probably wouldn't use them anyway. This instrument has more to say when played by hand.

Je ne poss_e pas de Handpan, malheureusement, mais quand j'entends les m_odies que l'on peut produire avec ce merveilleux instrument, c'est magique ! ? Malheureusement, hors budget pour moi ? Mais pour toute personne qui en poss_e un, amusez vous, jouez !

This was a present for my husband and he loves it. He's a professional musician but I bought it for him as a hobby instrument and he's having a great time with it. Obviously, it's not going to sound like the $2,000 version of the Hang Drum, but it's pretty darn good. Very impressed with the carrying case too.It comes wrapped in plastic with a thin layer of oil under the plastic so you have to polish that off before you can use it, but that's there to protect it during storage.

I got this for my teenage son. He loves it! It sounds beautiful. I don_ think you can make a bad sound out of it. He has ADHD and it is relaxing and therapeutic for him as well. Great Christmas gift. Good value for the purchase price.
