New wind socks

I wanted the solid orange windsocks but they were out of stock. The orange/white will work fine. I do not think the rubberized coating helps much since it tends to crack during cold weather. I did not use the small hose clamps that came with the windsocks, I used cable ties instead, much quicker to install.

In Memory of FIL

This replaced an original windsock that my Father-in Law had flying on his shed when he used had his airplane. He passed away last summer so I decided to put this one up as a memorial. Mother-in-Law was deeply moved.

Strong windsock for the cost!

It flaps in the wind!

We mow a little field in our backyard for our friend to touch down in his little plane. We needed a new windsock after the other one wore out. This one worked great.
