Bought for a neighbor for helping me paint her scaffolding. It had no wheels so I bought them as a way of saying thank you.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
These wheels are as good if not better than the wheels you would buy from your leading commercial home improvement store, BUT half the price.

Heavy duty
Super sturdy. I did not use them for scaffolding, but needed the weight capacity.

These are heavy and look and feel like real quality wheels
I purchased these 4 wheels for some old scaffolding I recently got from a neighbor. They only had feet with no wheels and my current project on a new cement floor will require moving many times while constructing the metal building as there are two large buckets of bolts to install. They arrived with the box in bad shape but as I expected, these wheels and swivels plus brakes etc. were well made and tough so they were not hurt in the least. I will start getting the holes drilled in the scaffolding to pin them in this week. Having handled and set the brakes I am confident that there will be zero problems with anything once I get them on. As a retired Millwright I have worked with many well made and some not so well made products. These were a good price for something I am VERY pleased with. Having now installed the wheels, I ran into a problem not with the wheels but with the scaffolding that is likely over 50 years old. The bottom "Leg" is so short that the grease zerk and the brake lock lever hit and don't allow the wheels to rotate around horizontally. I will be adding about an inch of leg that I will weld on, but the pins will be in the original structure but an inch lower. Again, NOT a problem with the wheels in any way. Photo shows first mount with leg too short.
