Rather simple assembly, no additional tools or parts needed. The manual press performed as expected. Overall, it seems sturdy and well made! For my first attempt at extracting sunflower oil, this was an excellent purchase!

I bought this oil press for my moms birthday. She loves it she can make peanut and sunflower seed oil. The only complaint is that the cold press doesn_ work, otherwise she is really happy with it.- Sima
