They don’t do what they say

1st time used a torque bit Broke 1st turn VEVOR said they would send me a replacement then said it was sent, then got a email saying it got lost in the mail and they can’t send me a new one. Also the box was missing the pins to open and close it when I open the case it just opened in 2 pieces. I was a good customer who bought from them weekly. Now I will take my business other places.

The size of some of these are not acurate the T15 is larger and dont work on the T15 bolt and when when i use the T10 the tool wore out I had the issue with the T15 only not sure about the other size
