I bought two of these chairs, and unfortunately the back on one of them wasn_ working properly, when trying to adjust it. When I contacted customer service, they were prompt and immediately worked with me to fix the problem. So always want to acknowledge and compliment great customer service. The other chair I had, is awesome. It_ very comfortable and easy to set up and adjust. It_ come in very handy already for hiking. It is lightweight and easy to throw in the back of a car. Keep in mind, it is a lot larger than your average portable chair, the bag it comes in makes it (for me at least) a nice way to get it from place to place effectively.

J'ai pay 62 mais franchement j'aurais _ content m_e si j'avais pay 99. Belle qualit, s'ouvre facilement et se referme facilement, et super confortable.

The chair is comfortable. My only complaint about the chair is it doesn_ fold very well if you use it in the sand. Sand gets in the folding joints and make it impossible to fold.

I love this chair. I read in it, fall asleep in it and eat in in. There is only one problem. It is so comfortable that I really have a hard time getting out of it. These old muscles just don_ want to work as well as they once did. That being said, I wold buy it again in a heartbeat.

Great for lounging. I wished thought the "ottoman" could fold under the chair if one prefers not to use it sometimes. Comfortable though.
