Very good tool cart, compares in function and utility very well against "tool scoots" that cost $270 more. Though you can see and feel burrs on the punched squares on the two vertical members the lower shelves fasten to it in no way impairs the cart's function or safety. It has only one tray and there are no instructions but if you can program a mill and do setups you can certainly look at the pictures and figure it out. There is a lot of extra hardware so don't worry if you end up with 9 socket head cap screws and 7 binding head screws. I fastened everything and still had leftovers of both. You will find that the photo shows mounting holes without fasteners, I'm guessing they used double sided, foam tape for the photo shoot! Use all the holes for assembly and use a fastener in every one, don't forget that the tray fastens through both the top and the vertical member. When you torque all the bolts and screws this thing is rigid! As a side note I used the socket head cap screws on the casters only and I had the heads holding the casters and the lock nuts against the bottom tray. The outboard caster fasteners also hold the bottom mounting holes of the vertical members, just a tip for anyone assembling this thing. It's a good deal and the three reviews written before mine are accurate and had a lot to do with why I bought this. Also the tool pockets say "BT-40" but until you get to the v-flange and notches the "CT-40" is the same taper so don't worry.
