Not a bad machine all around for the price I just couldn’t seem to get it to work for me so I gave it to my son in law and he loves it I went with the automatic one myself and couldn’t be happier

Bought this to use to strip and clean wiring from old projects and what I had lying around. It's functionally useless on small wiring (which it's advertised at being for) as it will slip, slide and fail to keep the cable in place. On bigger wiring it's acceptable, but useless on anything below 16mm2 from my experience

The blades and gears are not aligned properly and have been a pain to try and realign. After stripping a about 2500' of #10 it has gotten worse. I owned the previous model a few years ago and had much better results with it.

The product itself is good but shipping was a hassle. Due to the weight, Purolator refused to deliver it to the door even after two calls where they assured me they would. I notified a representative at Vevor as well which didn’t help. Had to take my time to pick it up myself from the Purolator depot.

La machine en elle-même fonctionne très bien. Malheureusement je ne peux mettre 5 étoiles car elle est arrivée cassée. Le carter du ventilateur a ses 4 accroches cassées. Ainsi j'ai vu le carter être éjecté par le ventilo ! N'ayant pas utilisé la machine tout de suite, je viens de le constater... dommage car la qualité est bonne. J'utilise la dénudeuse sans ce carter avec le ventilateur sans protection...

The wire stripper works but is very difficult to keep the wire from twisting off the track. It could easily and cheaply be remedied by creating a tension-based restriction on both ends to hold the wire in an exact position and prevent twisting off the cutting wheel.

Ce n’est Pas normal que à ce prix là la machine arrive dans un telle état l’hélice pour le refroidissement touche le cache métallique. Du coup l’hélice ne tourne pas et la machine ne se refroidit pas.

Je vous envoie des photos du colis a sa réception et l’état du plexiglas L’appareille fonctionne au pire je remplacerai le plexiglass, je tien à rappeler qu’il y a eu déjà certains échanges entre nous concernant les délai de livraison qui m’on paru infinissable.. et là en plus déception à la réception du produit, le livreur qui me le dépose à l’envers en plus. Personnellement je pense que se genre de produit, vu le poid devrais être emballé dans une boîte en bois et non en carton avec du polystyrène.. j’attend de vous, j’espère un dédommagement à la hauteur de ma déception… Cordialement.
