Ordered some of the lower priced trays but choose these because of the nice rivets and screws used for the hardware. Definitely not super high end but works great for my Cafe_ brunch and private parties.

I've been searching for chafing dishes for my wedding that looked nice but weren't incredibly expensive, this set was a pretty good deal for what you get. I did notice something sticky on one of them when I opened the package but I was able to wash it off.Overall, these are great, they'll work for what I need them for. It strangely came with just one pair of tongs, but I wasn't expecting tongs at all so I can't really complain that it didn't come with six.

Product is good but the lids are a bit thin and handles will need to be handled with care.

Very good capacity even with divided trays-- held 6lb of crab, curry for 15 servings, with good warming capability --only drawback is when you insert a pre lit citronella candle there's not enough clearance between the top of the candle and the bottom of the hot water dish ... and it snuffs the flame out ! ... you have to lift the water dish to light the candle ... quarter inch more clearan e would be perfect. Great product all around.
