We used them for our wedding last month and 8 Quarts was big enough to hold about 45 tamales!!! These were very nice and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

These are good quality and have the professional classic appearance I wanted. I also really liked that it came with half size hotel pans for the inserts.

I purchased six of the chafing sets for my backyard party. Although there no instructions, no diagrams, no pictures included, it was an easy set up - two screws for handle and two screws for plate that holds the burners. Only concern is few of the base pans were slightly bent on one corner. Not sure if this was intended to easily pour out water after use, but no big deal because the serving pan covers it up. Overall, my husband and I are pleased with this purchase.
