Great product except for the surface is unfinished.
I had an issue with the finish on the cubbie but customer service handled the issue very promptly and to my satisfaction. I would purchase from them again if I need another product from there company.
Once it was put together it is a solid piece that will give me years of use. Fortunately, my husband is handy and was able to put it together despite it missing holes to fit the screws into.
