Compared to other domestic mincers, this one is night and day.It is very powerful and robust.I bought it to hopefully be able to mincer up chicken etc complete with bones for my dogs, and it does it perfectly without even a change in tone.The design of the machine is very good, apart from the fact that the main mincing tube is not screwed to the machine body. It is bolted on with 10mm bolts, which are not easy to remove for cleaning. If the mincing tube body was a turn of and on design, the mincer would be flawless !!
