The actual machine is very good. I feel that for donuts, 140 degrees for 3 mins is plenty, otherwise they burn. No proper instructions in English, so make it up as you go along, marking it down for that.

Easy to use, works well

Absolutely love this waffle machine! It’s easy to make waffles with it and you can turn the maker with the handle! Thank you for fast delivery (even to the Canary Island! Kids love it and made waffles by them selves yesterday!It’s not the smallest machine but as we are planning to use it for semi professional business it’s absolutely perfect.

Amazing product...super happy with it

Beautiful it is not contrary to the product description. It arrived with a few rust marks by the screws and there seems to be some sort of corrosion on the outside of the metal plates. But these are all cosmetic issues and altough I'm not very happy with it I have to admit this is a lot cheaper that you can buy from catering companies. And this looks exactly the same, and although I haven't tried the more expensive models I daresay it's the same. The cast iron pans distribute heat evenly and quickly. I've made quite a few waffles already and they all turn out great. Better yet the performance is consistent regardless if you're doing your first or tenth waflle. The timer is handy addition as is the temp control. Even though the first impression wasn't great I decided to keep it as I have confidence that this will a reliable addition to my business. It's all stainless steel and compared to a consumer version I have here at home (£25 one) it's a lot better. I can easily recommend it especially for businesses as it will increase your waffle output compared to the plastic consumer ones.

The pancake maker was delivered earlier than expected.It has made my life much easier to make the mini dutch pancakes.Only thing is when it was delivered, seemed like a returned used product.It didn't have the rust protection oil on the machine which indicated that and also had minor use mark. (I could be wrong, it probably is new)You can buy cheaper from the company directly but the company reviews were very bad for UK buyers therefore stuck to amazon.Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to make mini/dutch pancakes.
