This was the sou chef appliance I_e been missing from my kitchen for years! It was much larger than pictured so I bought an clear appliance cover to cover it. I_e used it multiple times since it arrived last month. It came with extra blades to change the cut but I_l run it through the slicer twice if I want a smaller slice rather then change the blade.

Excellent product.My stir fry taste great.

This product does exactly what it is suppose to do and like all good products there is just one flaw. In my opinion the food slicer for this size slices extremely small. But, it_ still a great product because it sliced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and even sliced a whole carrot and potato.

bought this to slice tomatoes for sandwiches and hamburgers works amazing and fabulous sliced tomatoes highly recommend

I try so many different slicers finally find one that works. This one will slice all of my citrus fruit from Lemon to grapefruit. The best part is the safety is very will design. Very happy to get this slicer.

Very easy to use, cleans up we quickly using spray hose and sanitizer. Don't recommend putting this in a dishwasher, chemicals will discolor it

Larger than I originally anticipated but makes short work of slicing

When I was a teen I worked at McDonald's. It was back in the McDLT days when we had to slice tomatoes and had a slicer like this. This slicer is jusy like that. It is efficient and easy to use.Note the width is a bit thin. I like the tomatoes that way but if you don't want pretty thin get the next bigger width.You will want a $5 tomato corer to use with this to cut out the top green part.
