I like the fact that is has a catch tray and it sits high enough to put cups or glasses under it. Others that I have purchased I had to set it on blocks that had to be covered. Otherwise sit it at end of table and floor ended up with drips on it. Can't wait till I can entertain again and put this out. It came on time and in good working order. No complaints. As with most beverage containers they are not the easiest to clean but that is the nature of the beast.I have not used it for warm beverages and probably won't. So gave it a four. All in all it's a good buy.

I like that my item arrived just as stated, and the cost was very reasonable. I love the look and sturdiness of the dispensers with holding tray, and they are large enough for my gathering, and easy to put together. It is a elegant piece,, which is why I bought it to add too a Retirement Party I planned for my husband, and it goes very well with my chaffing trays.
