Es steht zwar groß und deutlich „Made in China“ drauf, tut der Funktion aber keinen Abbruch.Das Gerät ist schwer und Wertig gearbeitet, ist super leise und schleift meine Bohrer perfekt an.Ich bohre überwiegend Hochlegierte Werkstoffe und muss scharfe Bohrer haben. Sonst wird das bohren zum Frust.Einmal an einem großen (10mm) Bohrer getestet, gehen alle Durchmesser ab 3mm sehr gut zu schleifen.Die Diamantscheiben sind sehr robust und in doppelter Ausführung geliefert.Ich empfehle das Gerät sehr gern.

EINFACH NUR GENIAL DIE BOHRER SCHNEIDEN BESSER WIE NEU!!

Das ist einmal echt ein Gerät, das offenbar alles hält was es verspricht. Das Einzige, das mir recht bald aufgefallen ist war, dass das Gewinde beim Bohrerwechsel rasch schwergängig wird durch die feinen Metallspäne. Daher reinige ich es nach jeden zweiten Beschliff mit einem Tuch und danach mit einem Magneten. Funktioniert gut.

Ich bin mit der Maschine zufrieden. Man sollte aber die Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam lesen und die YouTube Videos dazu ansehen. Die Schleifergebnisse sind jedenfalls o.k. Bei kleinen Bohrern kommt die Maschine an ihre Grenzen. Die sollte man lieber per Hand schärfen.

So I bought this because my sad looking pile of blunted drill bits has been getting ever bigger.My old drill sharpener from twenty years ago will sharpen them, but can't do the split-point grind that you really need with modern drills, particularly on the larger sizes. This new one can.Out of the box, the adjustment for the collect rest for the split-point grind wasn't exactly right, and given that you can adjust three separate things for the split-point part of the grinding process, it took me a little while to work out what needed doing. Once I'd figured out which adjustment it was it took ten seconds to set the machine up perfectly (lateral position of the drill compared to the grinding wheel).Thereafter, between twenty and thirty seconds per drill bit to get them super sharp with little effort or skill required.I've done all the drills I had at work, and any others that my colleagues had lying around. 100% success rate, minimal noise and fuss.Now the machine's set up properly, I really can't find anything to dislike about it. The manual's a bit lacking, but there are a number of Youtube clips showing correct usage so that's not really a problem.Build quality is good, with a proper ball-bearing setup for the collet holder and also for the main grinding 'port'. There's little discernable play or slop in anything. It's surprisingly heavy (not that this is a bad thing) which I think speaks to the rigidity of the guides around the grinding wheel.It came with two wheels - a diamond one for carbide drills, and a CBN (cubic boron nitride) wheel factory installed for HSS bits.I bought this one for home, and now I'm seriously considering buying a second one to have at work.

Habe das Gerät für 239 Euro gekauft. Ich war es leid mit den billigen Geräten für 50 Euro rum zu Eiern und wollte mir etwas vernünftiges kaufen. Das Gerät macht einen stabilen EIndruck und ist gut verarbeitet. Die Klemmstücke passen und sind sehr gut geölt. Die Werkzeugaufnahmen sind sehr passgenau und wenn man sich das Erklärvideo auf Youtube angeschaut hat kann man das Gerät sehr einfach bedienen. Das Probeschleifen von einigen Bohrern verschiedener Größen hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Gerät arbeitet tadellos. Allerdings liegt dem Gerät nur eine Ersatz Schleifscheibe bei. Ich habe bereits das Internet durchforstet und nur eine Schleifscheibe bei AliExpress für schlappe 80 Euro gefunden. Direkt beim Hersteller der Maschine werden die Schleifscheiben leider zwar auf der Homepage erwähnt - aber nicht gelistet. Mal abwarten wie sehr sich die Schleifscheibe abnutzt. Ansonsten super Teil....
