I never got my refund, the package went back to seller and i want my refund back

This machine is no good for the smaller gauge wires, the V in the roller is too large and the unless ithe wire is perfectly straight it’s constantly kicking out to one side or other, and the manual tension on the cutter wheel is a pain, to much downward force and it’ll throw the wire out to the side and too little will not cut the jacket on the wire , so a person is doing small amounts of adjustment constantly.. Such a pain.. it’s definitely going back

Für dünne Kabel nicht zu verwenden ( erst ab 2,5 Quadrat ). Bei mehradrigem Draht noch schlechter. Der Kabel rutscht immer neben die Messerscheibe - eine Katastrophe bin einfach nur enttäuscht.

Not what expected did not work as described. But the worst part is I need to submit a video in order to get a full refund. Will NEVER buy this brand again.
