Customer Reviews for VEVOR 1.5-20mm Copper Wire Stripping Machine 1 blade Cable Stripper Scrap Metal Recycle Wire Stripping Tool Manual & Semi-automatic Red

This is without doubt the worst tool I have ever purchased it will not carry out the function for which it was intended as the cable simply rides off the cutting wheel. I have requested return of the item for full refund on 3 occasion's over the past month and simply been fobbed off. The customer service worse than the product they make new hurdle's each time you respond. in all honesty I can not recommend either the product or the Company to anyone! If it were possible to issue a minus rating I certainly would do so.

Product is great, Vevor's customer service sucks.

Not worth a fuck never received it never buy anything from this company ever they’re a fucking joke

Rather disappointed in the stripper. Removed from box read instructions and put to work. Didn’t work the best. Motor started to make a weird noise so I shut down. Got to looking at it and motor was missing bolts for mount. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. Would almost want a refund. Ended up finding the missing bolt in box the other bolt is there just on an angle. Have photos but can’t figure out how to up load.

It does not work like it's suppose. The design is horrible and stripping wire does not work well at all

SERVICE CLIENT FRANCE VEVOR JE MAIS UN 000 TRES NUL

I have been trying to return this piece of junk for 4 weeks . It simply does not work. The brand new, right out of the box, cutting blade is so dull it will not cut the insulation. I have tried all the adjustments and several different gages of wire, with no luck at all in stripping any wire. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this product. It will be a major source of frustration and disappointment for you. The Vevor customer dis service also disappoints. I simple wanted to return it for a refund but Vevor will not honor my request. Vevor requires a movie of the wire stripper in action. Sorry it is not worth my time to make a movie. This product is a piece of junk, period end of the story.

1 ster omdat de facturen generen dagen duurt, ipv 2 uur zoals de website aangeeft. en daarbij wordt er geist dat je minimaal een review van 100 woorden schrijft. De arrogantie!
