The first one I got had a faulty plastic connector. Honestly of all the things that could have failed, that is is the easiest to replace, and they sent me a new one asap.I love the speed control feature, but I wish I could actually set the target speed with the Pot. Regardless, it is quiet and efficient, so I am happy.
