How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Brianna Hamlin Happy I bit the bullet!

Wanting to be more conscious about the way I sit and having never actually tried a kneeling chair before - I risked it with this purchase, and I'm so happy I did! Yes, it is a pain in the butt to put together (have a second pair of hands), but once it's together it's great!.
Love the look and how much more engaged I feel sitting at my office desk.
