Great product.
I purchased two and reached top of the trees, as the result I saved £500 on tree surgeons.My improvements:-nuts with rubber to stop unwanted unscrewing (end part)-additional cord-extra hole in the blade to lower angle of attack- stops blade getting stuck-additional 2 rivets in each Ending -stops them popping out when under extreme pressure-duck tape on joints stops unscrewing

Does what it says it will do.
Easy to use and as manoeuvrable as a tool of this pole length could be. However 2 of the section connectors would not screw on to the pole. This is why I have rated 4 stars and not 5.

Tricky to use at extended heightStart with a couple of extensions in place and work up to get a feel of the balanceCord can become tangled so be careful as it will cause the cutting mechanism to become bentBut a very useful toolGood value
