Fast delivery and a good solid blade. Telescopic handle just goes up and up and up! At full extension it's actually quite cumbersome and also definitely quite bendy, but that is hardly surprising given the length of it! I am very pleased with my purchase and it has helped me cut down branches up to about 10 or even 12 cm diameter that were overhanging the track up to my cottage. Very good!

Great but tough if you put it all together as it is heavy. But it has the reach no doubt.

Gardener charges $225 to trim my 4 palm trees. I bought this tool and did the job in about an hour. Works great, only complaint is the locks. When you extend it and use the plastic lock to keep it in position. THe lock is not strong enough to keep the poles from sliding. I had to drill a hole all the way through and then put a nail to keep it extended.

When used at full length, it can be unwieldy for a person working alone, but doable with a bit of elbow grease.

This tool did the job quickly and easily. It took a few minutes to take it out of the box and attach the saw to the end of the pole with one screw, but then I was able to cut off the seed pods from my huge palm tree in less than 5 minutes with ease. The tool is nice and light (but rugged and sturdy) with comfortable grips and easy-to-use telescoping pole to get just the right length (up to 24 feet), and the saw itself is well designed and functional. These seed pods make a mess all over my driveway every year, and I am so happy to be able to cut them off any time I like now on my own schedule in just a few minutes!

If you have a tree buy this, great price.
