This was good value for money for the price we paid and an excellent waterproof shelter during unpredictable weather. I recommend the 12ft version for ample space. We bought coir half moon matting from the Coir Store to make it more cosy. It takes a while to assemble the first time but if you follow the instruction book it is not too difficult. Very happy with this purchase

Very happy with my purchase. I received it just a few days after I placed my order. Dome was easy to install. Manual instruction was pretty clear. They provided me with plastic nails to attach the dome to the ground. Definitely a plus to stabilize the edifice. Also, the light string is such a game changer ! It illuminates my backyard at night. I love it! Customer service is very responsive as well. L. J.

The directions were very straightforward, but the actual physical assembly was a lot of work. They_e all metal bars that you have to put tension on and connect to these plastic connectors that fit so snug you can barely get them together or apart! Took me about 3 and a half hours to do the frame, granted I was alone. Another thing I might add is that there is no top ventilation, so the walls are almost always drenched with dew on the inside. Bugs also adored it in the dome, as well as inside the frame. That being said, the materials are super great and very durable. It even comes with some fantastic little string lights! Besides the 2-3 issues I_e had, it_ still very worth the purchase and I would highly recommend this product. It actually made me TikTok famous!!!

Purchased for my sister. Easily assembled. I need to know how to get replacement parts. We broke a part putting it together. I highly recommend using vasoline to help parts go together with ease. How do I order replacement parts? Please advise.

There are many pieces to put together but they are well labeled and go together easily. Although the instructions are just pictures they are pretty good. I put the dome up myself; just needed help putting the net on. Well constructed and pieces fit together nice and tight. Has stood up to 27 mph winds just fine. They give you a storage bag if you want to take it apart and store it for the winter. The net/mesh is strong and the door zipper works well. It could be improved by making the cover just a little larger (2" at most) so that there was a little bit that laid on the ground all around the edges. This would seal the netting to the ground, accounting for irregularities in the ground. Wife loves being able to stand up and walk around instead of crawling out of the smaller mosquito tents we have tried. We currently have a lounge chair, rocking chair and table inside with room to spare.

I'd been looking for an outdoor igloo ever since we visited a local brewery and were able to sit outside in one of their igloos two winters ago. I finally found this one just couldn't wait for it to arrive. We assembled it after the fall season to put it up, given that it's on a patio with our fire pit. We found a top for the fire pit, added some patio furniture, Christmas decorations and use a propane heater for warmth. There was an incident where the wind blew over a section which broke some of the part. The company, LOVSHARE, quickly replaced them and we were back in our igloo! Thanks so much to LOVSHARE for being an outstanding seller!
