This is something we have all grown to expect with overworked mail carriers and less emphasis on brand identity when shopping online.This is a great value for this kind of tool beating similar product prices by 1/2 or more. The first one I received was leaking hydraulic fluid although otherwise, it was functional. It looks to have been damaged in shipping or a seal was missing all along. The company sent me a replacement after one conversation and it works great. Great price and great customer service!

This is an excellent product a few minor issues few minor issues. The Jaws are magnetically coupled to the center piston which tends to flap around from time to time otherwise this works great good power lightweight tool for that heavy duty job.

As a truck driver I'm using this rebar cutter to cut the bolt seals. It is doing excellent job without any effort. My driver's especially women's recommend it as it's super easy comparing to traditional bolt cutters required lot of force to cut. Adam

In the past I've had to cut rebar with a sawzall. What an incredible pain that was. Happybuy has near effortless pumping action that works the piston. I made a couple dozen cuts in no time. The cutters still looked brand new after I was done. This tool worked great... And the price was good!!!

Cuts #3 rebar well. Pretty basic tool and it does what it is supposed to. I've done about 40 cuts with it and it doesn't show any wear. Took forever to ship and I almost sent it back because I was half way done with the project, cutting the steel with a hack saw. In the end I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I hate cutting rebar with bolt cutters and this is much better and more accurate.
