Does what you need
I have used it to break (3) stainless steel 15/16 socket size nuts. Two of them had to be re-positioned and split again to break loose. I would take that over one of the rachet style splitters. It is worth the money if you need to use it more then once. Huge time saver. Recommend.

Breaks rollers
I purchased this to break roller bearing for easier removal. It works great for this application. A few pumps and they break in half easily. This is definitely a great tool to have around.

Did the job!
This nut splitter definitely works. It did the job we wanted it for. Only two complaints 1. The directions indicate adding oil but there was no access to add so we_e assuming it was primed. 2. It_ too big to get into some tight spaces we needed access to.
