These are working great for my 9x20 lathe.Wish I would have bought insert tooling sooner. These beat the pants of my brazed tools.

Nice tool holders, as usual the carbide inserts provided with the import tools are just usable starters but the the holders themselves are very nice and do a very good job

I bought these carbide cutters for my 100+ year old W.B. Davis Machine co lathe I just finished restoring. They work great in the original lantern tool holder.

Works good like carbide should

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Good solid tool holder set. The holders are great starter, the carbide is fragile. Plan on buying some higher quality inserts. Description is 1/2inch holder; these are a little less than 1/2inch thick. Tool height needs to be shimmed about 0.06 to be on center. Zero rake holders require single sided inserts. It comes with C (7deg relief) inserts.
