I bought this rail to go up the four steps to my back garden,I thought it would for the money be of thin construction, but it was made of very heavy metal and I was very surprising pleased with it.

a bit fiddly fitting all the bits before drilling holes for the steps handrail. other than that looks nice!

The hand rail was used on 3 very steep steps leading out from my back door so fulfilled a much needed use particularly in cold & icy weather! It looks stylish with the rolled ends of the rail & the price was very reasonable!

Good product but no washers and anchor bolts were not as shown on site and poor quality had to go and buy my own

First order was fine. Decided to order another one the same - nightmare..New order placed and paid for 6th March2024. Ordered item - LOST IN TRANSIT- no communication as to why or what to do about it. Eventually offered refund for end of March which duly arrived. No explanation as to missing item.I want to reorder same item but am dreading same scenario. Please confirm I won’t have same ordeal, in writing, so that I can reorder with confidence.
