One of the handles was broken on delivery but I want to just replace the handle. Going to see if that is possible but it is out of China otherwise the machine looks good.

Amazing value for money, easy to use BUT needs markers on the turning knobs so that you can a) ensure the thickness between the roller is the same at both ends and 2) you can set the thickness of what goes through the roller.

Great product. Quick shipping. But expect at least one of the knobs to be broken. It is written in most reviews. Learn how to fix your packaging and this will be 5 stars. Fix the packaging it not hard. Other than that great product.

This is a failure. There is a lot of space after the silicone roller. Each time the paper or lamination clings, twists down. Spoils products. I do not advise buying.

The Machine arrived with a tightening knob shattered, the pieces bouncing around loosely in the box and cutting into the rubber of the wheel. With the extra money paid for shipping insurance, VEVOR failed to deliver any replacement parts and failed to deliver a replacement. Do not purchase from them if you can avoid it. The quality isn't there and they can't be bothered to fix their own mistakes even when you go through the trouble of paying for the add on insurance.

Unfortunately, the goods arrived with defects, very dirty, etc. :(

Knob arrived broken, A million tickets of 'service' later, I still can't get a knob to adjust the roller tension and use this item. The whole thing is sitting around holding down the table, unused because they use bots for customer service and won't ship a replacement knob to make it functional. Don't even think about asking for customer service to reach out. It won't happen. You'll end up with a $100 paperweight, just like me.

No es una maquina profesional ni mucho menos, si quieres hacer algunos trabajos en casa para el cole igual te puede servir.

Absolutely ridiculous quality, the laminator came in broken. I reach out to customer service asking to send the broker part. They told me that the part is on the way, and now it's been 3 months. I did not receive the broken part yet.
