Great machine for the price and way faster than using the slicer. The only thing is sometimes they fly off the machine when u cut them so just make sure you have some space.

We were switching between using a robo and hand cutting tomatoes at our restaurant. The robo was fast, but the tomatoes were getting badly bruised and turned soggy quickly. Hand cutting was cleaner and the tomatoes stayed firm longer, but it was time consuming and the sizes were inconsistent. This slicer makes the task fast and clean, while producing consistently sized slices. One of our best business investments! WARNING: The blades are insanely sharp, so be careful when washing the slicer.

Awsome with tomatoes but not so good with onions but alllll in alllll i would recommend this for any kitchen period the only con is dont use onions i used it on one onion it cost me $157 for new blades so do not use onions on it at all but anything soft? Perfect
