funktioniert super sogar hühnerbeine gehen gut durchja überlautstärke kann man sich streiten :Dleistung gibts halt nicht lautlos und da es sich um eine gastro maschiene handelt ales im grünen bereichhabe bratwürste gemacht schaffte der wolf ohne zu murren und knurren danach 3 kg rindfleisch durchwachsen durchgelassen alles super.und zum abschluss 8 hühnerbeine und 8 hühnerflügel mit knochen durch gejagt schafft der wolf problemlos.klar wird der wolf etwas warm (mit etwas meine ich max handwarm aber leistung bekommt man halt nicht für lau. reinigen am besten die 3 schrauben lösen dann gehts ratz fatz da hätte ich mir eine bessere lösung gewünschtwürde den wolf immer wieder kaufenkontaktaufnahme mit verkäufer problemlos antwortet innerhalb 1 tages meistens morgen also auch hier alles in ordnungzubehör der #10\12 passt super

Absolutely love this little meat grinder. Got it as I have started to make my own sausages, burgers etc and this machine is perfect for the job, although I have not used the "stuffing" attachments as I have a dedicated sausage stuffer. Machine is very easy to take apart for cleaning and just as easy to put back together and I highly recommend this to anyone who has the need to grind meat.

The machine is a beast! Quite heavy but give a good quality feel. The hopper, auger, blades and screens are heavy duty and built to last.The motor does tend to heat up however I minced over 350kgs of pheasant including legs and rib cage without a hitch. The machine will mince far quicker than I can feed it and will even deal with semi frozen meat. It comes with a spare cutting blade however they are well made and don’t seem to show any damage or dulling of cutting edge after dealing with the bird bones. Only thing that would have been nice to have is a sausage making adapter however it is a mincer and very good at its job. Only con is the removal of the hopper that holds the auger, it has 6 x 10mm bolts holding it in place. Easy enough to remove with an open ended spanner (not socket) but would have been better with a quick release.
