I love this anvil. Ilits worth every penny. Even for its low price its very well made and has a wonderful ring. I use it daily (5 to 6 hours). Its holding up great.

Good anvil. It's steel not cast. But don't miss your material it scares pretty easy. Not as bad as cast iron though. Good for a budget blacksmith

Fast shipping. Anvil is very hard, and has a nice surface. Definitely worth the money.

I am a full time blade smith. I_e had anvil for a little over 2 years. It sees heavy use. I_ forging 7-8 hours a day 6-7 days a weeks, and this is my only anvil.I don_ have a single complaint about it. The face has taken a couple of dimples from missed strikes, but they_e not even deep enough to transfer into my work piece.The edges are still crisp, the horn is functional.Good rebound on the face, the horn doesn_ rebound as well, but like I said, it_ functional.The cast steel design absorbs a lot of the ring associated with anvils, this makes it a great tool in the city, or where your shop is in close proximity to others.IMO it_ the best value for an anvil at this moment. To get a #66 anvil for less than 2 bills delivered isn_ gonna happen anywhere else
