Strutturalmente la sabbiatrice è buona, costruita per un utilizzo semi professionale va bene. Il problema che la penalizza sono gli ugelli, questi NON vengono forniti come ricambio e purtroppo non si trovano! Nel mio caso, dopo 4 ore di lavoro, l'ugello è completamente consumato e la sabbiatrice a causa del calo pressione dovuto all'usura dell'ugello, non funziona più.... Premetto che ho 1000Lt. a 8 bar costanti e utilizzo normale sabbia in sacchi. Bisogna valutare la sostituzione della pistola o auto costruzione di ugelli in materiale idoneo all'utilizzo.

Ho sverniciato diverse finestre di legno e necessiaro creare un area apposita in modo da poter recuperare la sabbia, setacciarla e poi riutilizzarla togliere il vetro o marcherarlo con del nylon grosso e nastro isolante per muratura e pietra. L'unico intoppo riguarda l'aria compressa che se non deumidificata e il filtro di cui è dotata la sabbiatrice non è sufficiente. Io ho ovviato cambiando il raccordo sotto il serbatoio con un raccordo a croce e un tappo sotto in modo che quando la sabbia umida intasa il raccordo svito il tappo sotto e la libero e riparto.

I wanted to try this in my body shop to clean rusted areas. I already have a pot blaster that works better but it makes a mess. This is really good at cleaning small areas however it is still messy especially on edges when it's not fully covered. I used it at the recommended psi(it's in the manual if you care to read it) however I suspect using at a lower pressure may be less messy. I used 10X Epix MP that has seen better days, a larger media with less fines may perform differently. Overall it paid for itself in convenience the first time I used it as I didn't have to move the car outside to blast and will be used many more times.
