I just acquired this product and immediately put it to use in my POISON IVY IRRADICATION! WHA HA HA HA!!! DIE YOU EVIL PLANT! Ok but seriously. I was skeptical about spending the money and after the 1st use I was impressed. You can adjust the tip for a mist spray or a direct spray. With the direct spray also has good distance on it. So I will update again after a month of use. When I first started going after the plant infestation I have. I bought the round up pump sprayer. It worked well but the wand began springing leaks from my vinegar mixture. Then I tried the cheap Home Desperate sprayer but it had no out put and the pressure relief valve was nothing but a leak. So I decided upon stainless steel and found this product. I like it.

Great design and construction. I use it for spraying carpets before steam cleaning. The solid metal design will outlast the cheap plastic sprayers.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Picked this item up for a recent project I was working on at the house. For those of you that follow me y'all know I've been knee deep into a whole house renovation on my 1980s style home. This sprayer was used to apply the antique/sealing agent to the concrete stamped sidewalk I had just finished. The product is an all-metal construction, lightweight and very easy to use. The sprayer is a metal wand that has an adjustable nozzle tip for applying product easier and faster. The pump on top pressurizers the container so that you apply for a good even coverage before having to worry about re-pressurizing. I sprayed my entire sidewalk (5ft wide by 35ft long) in one session. The picture can be deceiving; the container is only the size of two 1 gallon milk containers. I'm glad it's a smaller sprayer unit because using the shoulder strap to keep it with me during the application process made it very convenient and non-fatiguing.I've got one more sidewalk to pour, once that project is complete I'll most likely use this little sprayer for applying all natural pesticide to my landscaping around the house.

Good value for the price

Like everything about this versus the old plastic one I had. The only negative is the pressure hose is kinda cheap and was kinked right near the can. So i had to cut the kink out and re-attach it. The hose should be more durable and I think it will need replacing after moderate use.

Decent but not the best

The pump is a little tricky to get out of the canister and the hose is not the best material. It tends to kink cutting off the flow of liquid. The major set back is the auto lock which if you are not prepared for and are using it for painting textures will mess up the project.

Great for Camp or Overlander showers

Myself and my girlfriend had been using a different plastic sprayer to wash our trucks or even ourselves with during our hikes or lake swims. But we've always been concerned about the sprayers being made out of plastic and how they deteriate over time. It's one thing to have a broken sprayer, it's another to have it's plastics leech onto our skins. As such, we've been on the marketplace for a stainless steel sprayer and we have defiantly found it with this unit. Using an appropriate sized horse barb fitting and a garden hose nozzle you can easily make this into a great personal shower to use on yourself. It being made out of stainless steel also allows you to put it directly over fire to boil the water, saving you a considerable amount of time and space. It's also a game changer if you are a camper or a overlander, using the same system to wash your dishes with or clean the inevitable bug splatter on your truck's fender. Using a magnet and a test kit I can confirm that the chassis and all parts except for the pull rod and filling bowl at the top are made out of higher quality stainless steel. So basically all parts that do have contact with water have a higher chromium content, which is good ion my books as it's one thing to advertise stainless steel, another to display proper use of high quality materials where it counts. However I acquired a system where the pressure gauge was made out of plastic. To me this isn't a big deal as I was intending to replace it with a heating sensor for my particular needs, but I wanted to mention it for future buyers. I also acquired a slightly gauged in handle, but it surly isn't a deal breaker. You also get some spare parts in a baggie, which is always a big plus in my books. If you intend to follow suit into using this unit as a shower I would recommend a smaller unit as it takes less time to boil water within. 1.5 gallons is more than enough for a single [or two, if you're close with your special someone] person[s] to have a very long shower with. But if you are extra frugal you can easily get away with 1-2 liters instead as a solo pilot. So the larger units aren't worth the extra hassle. Overall I give this a 4/5. It would have acquired a 5/5 if it wern't for the scratched up handle and the gauge. But for our needs and for the price we would give it 6/5. Amazing value for your money.
