Brilliant for posterior tilt
I bought this as my pelvis had tilted over the years with normal office chairs and within the first 10 days I noticed a remarkable difference in my posture. It makes you sit bolt up right and does not put pressure on my knees even though you are in a knelling position. I would highly recommend this item.

Parfait pour ne plus croiser les jambes
Si_e tr_ confortable avec un r_lage des genoux, possibilit que n'offre pas la plupart des autres marques. Les coussins sont suffisamment _ais. Je l'utilise de 7 8 heures par jour et je ne croise plus mes jambes. Mon mal de dos se r_uit. Totalement satisfaite.

Very good, but take care in construction.
Good practical chair. Will know more about the health benefits after more use. Robust piece of furniture but ONLY after you tighten the bolts properly with a proper set of Allen Keys. Do yourself a favour and order a proper set, for better construction. Pleased with this product and seller overall.
