The product is great. Quality, price, and design really good. However make sure you order the right size. Customer service initial team is not very supportive. But once it goes up to second level management can be open to problem solving.

Cover fit like a glove. Easy to install. They should let you know for only concrete. If you also have a wood deck need separate anchors. Otherwise so far so good. See how it looks next year hopefully holds in for years to come

Pool Cover - Quite satisfactory. Material not quite as heavy as last cover, but will be very adequate and was priced competitively. Rating would be five stars except that the instructions mentioned an included storage bag for winter, but no storage bag was included.

Selected a winter pool cover for my house in Greece, and had the item shipped to the destination. Unfortunately, it was slightly too small (my fault), so I had to contact customer services to resolve the problem. Over the course of 3 - 4 prompt e-mail responses, the whole issue was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. The people involved were courteous, professional, and most helpful. Initial thoughts were how to install and will my drill do the work. The quick answer is you need a big drill and bit to get through concrete. I rented from local machine and tool shop. Once I had the correct drill and bit, drilling holes went much better. Measuring and getting straps lined up was a little challenging as the cover is just larger than the pool (as described). Once I found my method, the cover did install fairly easily. I have had to tighten the straps a few times after extremely windy days. The huge win here is that the old tarp and water bags that I used to use would have blown around and fallen into the pool, this is way more secure. Also, from a safety standard, my granddaughter who is almost two and a daredevils ran right out onto the cover. She was safe even though it gave us a scare. Good overall product.

Quality of cover and springs excellent, easy to use although it required some drilling to put in place. Cover was 1' short, but given the quality of everything else it was acceptable, although slightly disappointing.
