We use Zcut-9s on our factory floor, and they cut through a tough aluminised plastic tape all day long for years.

These VEVOR-branded ones are the same high quality as most other Zcut-9s, and have worked really well for us. (Previous ones for years now, VEVORs for almost a month with the same reliability.)
Eventually the silicone tape-guides just behind the cutting blades disintegrate, and need replacing, but ~1M cuts/year and only the guides having needed replacement every few years is very good (aside from yearly oiling and blade changes, but those are consumables).
Price and shipping time from VEVOR for these were really good.
