Way too expensive for the product. Easy to install with all the parts necessary available.

It's just what was required, had a new patio layed which made the top step larger so required something to hold onto when stepping down, extremely good pay.

Product is worth the money paid. Not quite as heavy duty as we would have liked but happy to use in a different place than first intended.

I was a little skeptical purchasing this item only because I do not like to purchase things like this without being able to see it live and in person. It's nice to be able to check to see how flimsy and cheap something is made instead of relying on a picture and short description. That being said, this product was well suited for my needs and installed easily. If I have the need for another set of these stair rails, I know where to get them.

steps from garage to back door

Used these rails on my front porch. Easy installation, but be advised the fasteners supplied are masonary anchors. I had to buy lag bolts at the hardware store for my application mounting to wood.

Worked well for our purpose. The flexible handrail connections made for much easier installation.
