How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I've ordered these many times in the past, they're always my go-to for my machine. On this particular order, the metal backings came miscut and unusable, but the support team was quick to offer a refund for the defect

Te vienen 250 de metal y 250 de plástico. A mí la que más me gustan son las de plástico, estaría bien que te dejaran elegir el material del que lo quieres ....
