Works as advertised, but leaks oil mist because the oil cap was broken on arrival. Otherwise it pulls a vacuum and maintains it. I've used it several times over the last couple of weeks and it has worked fine each time. So far so good.

Works as advertised. Only thing you can't fit the tins of air con you can buy from amazon. But lucky I had a separate pipe for connecting to tin and car.

At this price the kit is an absolute bargain. OK, it's not top quality but, for occasional use I'm sure it will stand the test of time. The only slight negative is that the valve connectors do not have a closing function. The vacuum pump seems to be of reasonable build quality and works very well, just remember to get some HFV-32 spec oil for it. Overall a great buy.

Good pump A small bottle of oil would have been good if included. As it wasent I had to wait another week before I could use it.

I have purchased the pump to install an AC. Problem was that the AC came with a SAE 5/16 thread and the pump is SAE 1/4. Also the instructions are not very clear. Nice: it comes with more than enough oil, just make sure you don't overfill, the gauge glass for oil is in the front. I ended up buying an additional 1/4-5/16 hose to accomplish the task. Also the gauges only measure pressure, so you need an additional tool to measure the vacuum.
