Like every one else said the instructions are horrible and some of the metal parts have to be pried open just to fit them into place. There is a video on YouTube that makes the building process easy. Once its finally put together this is actually a nice little machine. Base is sturdy and the machine works properly. I didn't get all the tools pictured but I have my own so that wasn't a real problem.**UPDATE** LOVE THIS MACHINE. It has small drawbacks like the knobs that hold the frame in place being a bit too small for my hands or the size of the spring hooks holes being a few centimeters short, occasionally coming loose. Nothing a little filing can't help but it would have been nice for me not to do any additional work. I am satisfied :]
