Purchased this 4 color 4 station machine a couple months back but just got around to assembly. One of the largest issues with this is the poorly printed instructions. The monochromatic directions are not visually clear and don't explain much in regards to which bolts go to which parts. I went back on-line to review the assembly video to get a better understanding of how to proceed. This helped me get started and everything kinda fell in place afterward. A few parts at first didn't seem to align, but some adjustments (such as the set screws on the arm mount bearings) made things work. I think the unit is a great value and it appears to be machined well. If your lacking some basic mechanical skills, you may have to work a bit harder to get it properly assembled. I have yet to print on it so I can't comment on this aspect, but given some of the negative reviews, I wanted to let others know that it's a nice piece of equipment and it does go together rather easily. Just takes a little bit of time.

They upgraded the hardware since my last purchase a month ago. Still IMPOSSIBLE to get lined up for a screen. Same as my last one, I had to cut off bolts that were too long for the arm to clear, make custom shims for the platen to sit at correct angle for screen arm, make shims to fill in the massive gaps on all 3 sides of platen bracket. Once rigged up and 3-4 hours of aligning, it's a decent setup for the price. I run a few hundred shirts on these and they are great for a disposable unit. Hoping to buy 4 more (I keep them perminantly setup with a screen, only way I see pheasable for saving time with continuous runs of shirts), otherwise takes hours to realign a screen.

Very heavy machine but worth it's weight. Does the job and does it well.

All the stations are not the same, some are more level than others, platen screws were too small, but we improvised and tweaked and it's working just fine. We are quite pleased. Our previous 6 color machine was homemade so this is a big improvement.

You need to know that this is a low dollar product. There will be some paint chipping and some screws that don't really line-up. If you're good with doing some minor modifications, it's a great deal. Also, if you're looking to do multicolor prints, this may not be for you. The unit doesn't hold registration all that well.

For the price, I think the product is well designed and constructed.
